Almost one million Dutch discovered Yoga’s mental and physical benefits.

Did you get stuck with the challenges of the modern world and the effects of the pandemic? Last Tuesday, June 21st was the International day of yoga, could it be the time to start a healthy new habit?

Until 2018, Yoga classes had increased by five times in the Netherlands according to a survey done by RTL.

But a more recent survey done by the Bureau of Statistics claims that only half of the dutch population do enough physical activity.

But what is yoga and how does it improve our health?
